The CarbonFiberEver carbon fiber series luggage is made of carbon fiber composite materials used in aviation fields, which achieve excellent structural strength while maintaining lightweight. As a high-performance engineering material, carbon fiber has a strength-to-weight ratio that is 1.5 times that of aluminum alloy and 3 times that of traditional polycarbonate materials. The box body adopts a prepreg hot pressing process, and the resin and carbon fiber cloth are perfectly combined through high temperature and high pressure to form an overall structure with excellent mechanical properties.

In terms of specific performance, carbon fiber material shows significant advantages: first, its density is only 1.6g/cm³, which is 35% lighter than aluminum alloy, greatly reducing the sense of weight during travel; secondly, the tensile strength reaches 500MPa, which can effectively resist impact and extrusion during transportation; thirdly, the fatigue life of carbon fiber is more than 10 times that of metal materials, ensuring that the box body can still maintain structural integrity after long-term use. The surface treatment uses a specially developed wear-resistant coating, and its wear resistance is 8 times that of ordinary PC materials.

The product line includes three classic models: 20-inch cabin case, 24-inch suitcase and 26-inch large-capacity model. Each size has been ergonomically optimized. For example, the 20-inch model strictly follows the IATA Cabin Baggage standard to ensure compliance with the carry-on baggage regulations of major airlines; the 26-inch model is specially designed with an expandable layer, which can increase the capacity by 15% to meet the long-distance transportation needs of users such as international students.

In terms of structural design, the box frame uses a composite structure of magnesium alloy and carbon fiber, which not only ensures overall rigidity but also controls weight; the pulley system uses a double-bearing universal wheel, and the wheel group wear is less than 0.3mm after 100,000 rolling tests; the lock system is TSA-certified and uses a three-point locking mechanism, and the anti-theft performance reaches Class B standards. The internal space is reasonably planned, equipped with adjustable partitions and multi-functional storage bags to maximize the use of every inch of space.

Compared with similar products on the market, our carbon fiber suitcases have obvious advantages in key performance indicators: at the same volume, the weight is more than 30% lighter than aluminum alloy products; in the impact resistance test, there is no structural damage to the box after free fall from a certain height; in the environmental test at -40℃ to 120℃, the material performance remains stable, and the low-temperature embrittlement phenomenon common in ordinary plastic boxes will not occur.

At the same time, we recommend that users use a special protective cover when checking in, and use a neutral detergent to wipe it for daily cleaning.
